Privacy policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This is a plain-language explanation of what personal information I collect when you visit this website or work with me, why I collect it, who else handles it, and what choices you have. "I" and "Neurosprint" mean Dashima Dambieva, a sole proprietor operating from North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
1. What I collect, and why
When you book a call. Bookings run through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects what you enter, such as your name, email address, time zone, and any answers to questions on the booking form. I use this to schedule and run your session, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up with you about it.
When you pay. The paid Pattern Mapping session is paid for through Stripe, connected to Calendly. Your card details are handled by Stripe. I don't see or store your full card number. I receive confirmation that a payment was made.
When we work together. Sessions and the sprint itself involve information you choose to share about your work, habits and life, through calls, questionnaires or exercises, and messages in the chat app we agree to use (for example Telegram or WhatsApp). Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. I use it to deliver the coaching you signed up for.
When you email or message me. I keep your message and my reply so I can help you and keep an accurate record.
When you visit this website. The site's hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely. Separately, if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, I also use analytics and advertising tools, described in section 2.
2. Cookies, analytics and advertising
By default, no analytics or advertising tools run on this site. If you click "Accept" on the banner, the following may load:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, which show me how people use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) and whether ads led to a booking.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which helps me measure and improve my ads on those platforms and see whether people who saw them went on to book.
These tools may record that you clicked a booking button, and, if you were redirected back to this site after booking, that a booking was completed. They do not tell me who you are by name. These providers may use the data they collect according to their own privacy policies.
If you click "Decline", or ignore the banner, none of these tools load.
Change your mind at any time: . This takes you back to the home page, where the banner will appear again. Cookies already set in your browser can also be cleared in your browser's settings.
3. Who else handles your information
I use these services to run my business, and they handle your information on my behalf or under their own policies:
- Calendly (scheduling, confirmations and reminders)
- Stripe (payment processing, via Calendly)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies)
- The chat or video-call service we use for sessions
I don't sell your personal information. I only share it with these providers to operate the service, or when the law requires it.
4. Where your information is stored
Many of these providers store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information is subject to the laws of those places as well.
5. Testimonials and case studies
I only publish your name, photo or words with your explicit permission. Otherwise, details are changed or left out so you can't be identified.
6. How long I keep it
I keep client and booking records only as long as needed to provide the service, follow up, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that I delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept for the limited period set in those tools' retention settings.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask me to:
- tell you what personal information I hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, where I'm not required to keep it;
- stop using your information for marketing or measurement, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.
I will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights described in the GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to certain uses, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. In British Columbia, you can also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC if you have a concern I haven't resolved.
8. Who this site is for
This site and my services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
9. Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle personal information, I will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
